    We have purchased this same policy for all of our trips over the past three years (7 international trips) and we have always been very pleased. We have filed two claims and they were paid without any issues (two medical issues and delayed baggage). We have also used the 24 hour assistance line for medical information and finding misdirected baggage. Customer assistance was excellent. Obviously we would recommend this policy to other travelers as we continue to purchase it again ourselves for every next trip. We found the benefits and terms for the cost to be superior compared to other insurance policies.

    It took seven months to get back a measly $250. I had to jump through too many hoops and keep calling and sending additional documentation. I would not recommend this policy to my friends.

    Travel safe played the stall and request info game that ultimately wore me out. After repeatedly telling them that I did not have a travel agency itinerary and that I booked myself via the internet, they continued to ask for the same information. Our trip was to Costa Rica and the receipts I was provided did not suffice. I doubt that I could have gotten the kind of documentation required for my claim even from a US company.

    I have been very impressed with SquareMouth every time I have spoken with a representative or purchased a policy. In every case, the representative has been professional, knowledgable, patient, courteous and helpful. So far I have purchased 6 policies (for me personally or for friends going on the same upcoming trip I am), and I am recommending SquareMouth to others. I have not needed to file any claims up to this point, so cannot speak about that. My experience thus far is that every representative is extremely well trained and cares a great deal about providing the best service possible. Hope this continues. Thanks to you all.

    They received our claim a long time ago, and have not done more than sent, several weeks ago, a postcard saying they were reviewing it. No word since and a huge amount of paperwork. Still don't know if we will get a refund, and I took care of most of the cancellation and they are only left with the actual cruise, not lots more $$ that could have charged.

    I am in the mist of processing the claim. I was given conflicting information from On Call International and Travel Matters. I will see what it is like after my forms are processed
    While I was traveling it was very difficult to contact On Call International using the collect call system and then they were not timely in getting back to me
