I am still waiting for the paperwork to come to my home so that I might receive reimbursement for the work done in Ecuador; in the meanwhile, I am dealing with the output of $440 expense in dental fees.........Why is it taking so long to get the claim forms to me?

TravelSafe could not find my policy with the number that I was given by them. During the trip, they offered no solution to our problem. They told me that they would charge $75 to book another flight when it did not depart. Then, after 10 minutes on hold, they stated that all flights were booked. When I called back, I was asked for the policy number, they stated that it starts with a " T". That was not on the policy. The man stated that he could not access the policy without it as it was "after business hours". Mind you, this was their 24 hr emergency line. I called back again and a different representative was able to access the policy and gave me the policy number starting with T.

The coverage seems comprehensive and the on phone representative seemed to be helpful.The claimform seems very hard to understand. why7 do I need to proove I bought the policy by submitting a credit card statement?I had email confirmation.Taxi receipts? proof that a flight was cancelled is difficult.If my claim is finially awarded than it will all be worth the trouble. You I would recommend betting insurance.

I was a little confused by both Squaremouth and Travel Safe sending me stuff for the same policy. Staff was very helpful in contacts.

I have used TravelSafe before and have been pleased. This time, I needed to add more days of travel after I bought my policy. I called TravelSafe and was told to email the information to a certain email address, asking about additional costs for the extension. I received no response. I tried again and received no response. I am lucky that I did not have to file a claim during that extended vacation time, because I don't think I was covered, So, I was disappointed with Customer Service after I purchased the policy.

The SquareMouth representatives were excellent advisors who helped me choose the policy that best fit my needs. We ended up filing a claim; TravelSafe handled this well although it did take more than a month to settle.
I will use both companies again.

this was a massively horrible drawn out claim process (2 months) to get a $75 suitcase replaced after it was damaged by my airline. further when final payment was made today I was advised that there was a deduction for depreciation. I was not made aware of this when I bought the policy and was told when I bought it that the insurance was replacement, not replacement - depreciation. I would never buy another product from this company again and will tell all of my other travel companions about this company. Insurance is supposed to be piece of mind, not another hassle.
