Filed a claim for severely delayed baggage. Trawick set up all kinds of hoops to jump through, tons of required documentation, etc. Not an easy to use customer friendly experience.
Additionally, they are so slow to reply. Took several days each time I submitted something to hear a response.

I may or may not submit a claim for approximately $1000 if one particular travel provider is not able to produce the promised refund. So my final evaluation of Trawick depends on whether I submit this claim and if so, whether it is covered in an appropriate way. When I sent an email to customer service asking about the time frame for a claim in these circumstances, they responded promptly.

My husband dropped out of trip close to departure date, and I was pleased that I got a partial premium refund very easily. Didn't make any claims, but it was worth it knowing I was covered. I got covid one day after returning home, so different timing might have been very costly.
