    All I did was research online, pay a fee, and print, so no customer service was actually required.

    During Trip
    I never had to access my carrier during the trip, thank goodness.

    I called several times to ask questions and received helpful information from excellent customer service reps.

    Luckily, we didn't have any cause to communicate with the carrier during our trip.
