    With the help of an agent I was able to quickly locate a policy that was similar to the one I used a year ago for the same trip so I didn't have to spend a lot of time researching and comparing!

    We made an error on our initial purchase application and had to call support to correct it. The agent was polite and very helpful, getting the error corrected quickly.

    My experience was very positive. Peace of mind was the result of knowing that my family had coverage from a reliable carrier. Searching for the coverage I needed was easy and quick using Squaremouth. I have been a customer for several years and will certainly be back next year. I would recommend highly.

    MADE A CLAIM. NOT SURE IF INFO WAS EMAILED TO CORRECT PLACE. TRIED TO SUBMIT WHERE IT SAYS "SUBMIT" EVERY TIME IT SAYS CANNOT DO IT. I NEED MY CLAIM SUBMITTED!

    I have filed a claim 2 days ago.. I have not received any response from Co-Ordinated Benefit Plans, a subsidiary of One80 Intermediaries, on behalf of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, YET.

    Claim was submitted on 2/28/23. Other than the automatic repley I have not heard anything regareding the status of my claim. Once reimbursed I can provide a better response to the survey.
