    Claim was filed within ten days of return. Follow up 30 days later the people who process for Trawick could not locate paperwork. Had to refill with out receipts?

    My first cruise was cancelled but I was fully refunded by the cruise line. We booked a second cruise and was able to transfer my policy to the new cruise

    Can not give a complete review due to claim still being processed, Trawick customer service referred me to another company to file my claim which had to be done on-line, filed claim and am waiting for reply from that company

    Slow and poor if not zero communications. I wonder who the customer is here, this company could use a customer service class. I'm literally speechless on how bad we were treated.
    Wow, terrible insurance experience, in the end they sent is a check for the claim we made, we can only assume all is good and they agreed because we have heard nothing from them in more than 2 months.

    Everything went as planned, nice knowing we were covered just incase. Our insurance wasn't good out of the country so it was a comfort pillow.
