Before Trip Your rates were the best for what you offered and I recommended you to my two traveling companions. The only suggestion I would make is to let the customer know that rates go up the closer to the travel date. When I first inquired about the policy and when I purchased it the cost went up $60. I purchased it well in advance but had I known by waiting a little longer the cost would increase, I would have purchased it on the first inquiry; otherwise I will use you again as the policy provisions and cost were excellent

During Trip I was unable to make the trip. I was concerned that they would put me through hoops to receive my refund but, fortunately, that was not the case. CSA confirmed everything I told them and there was no problem. I will use them again.
Claim Process It was professionally handled without any upsets. I would use them again.

Before Trip Online Info supplied through Squaremouth and from the selected insurance carrier was great. I did not have to personally contact anyone.
During Trip Fortunately, I did not need any help or claim so I can't shed any light on claim service.

Before Trip We nevewr took this trip , it had to be cancelled for medical reasons, and I was told there would be no refund even although it was cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure. There will be no further trips, also due to medical reasons. I was disappointed I had to pay for insurance for nothing.
During Trip Again, we did not take the trip, but paid for insurance for nothing
