    Went with you because you did my claim so well a year ago.

    During Trip
    Gave out your name to a few people on our trip to Costa Rica, since they were paying outrageous amounts per day for insurance.

    I do not remember being offered extra insurance for car rental. I needed it, and would have signed up for it.

    I called the Emergency number from overseas but didn't realise I needed to make it a collect call so i ended up paying $35 for the call. The brochure said 'this is the collect call number'. My mistake.
