    I am waiting for the claim form to arrive in the mail. I was offered an email form but had not re=viewed or deleted approx. 900 emails accumulated in my absense.

    We had a medical issue arise during our trip but were unable to access the "hotline" because we had no access to a phone. I mean, we could have used the hotel phone, but we were told by the hotel that it would cost a lot of money to use their phones. We tried to go online to access something, but that did not work. We ended up going to a clinic on our own. I suppose that was our fault for not having a cell phone or a calling card, but that was frustrating. My advise - make sure you research phone access while in the foreign county or else you will not be able to get the immediate help this insurance offers.

    Didn't actually ever speak to anyone everything was handled over the internet so it is a little difficult to really get a sense of the customer service
