Claim Process I had to wait for my primary coverage to process the original claim. That is why I filed two months after the trip. I notified the CSA of the process on March 19th.
They were very professional and understanding.

Before Trip I actually never received any documentation but they were fine on the phone
During Trip My trip got cancelled due to the volcano
Claim Process I actually have all the paperwork to submit the claim on my desk and am waiting for one more piece of documentation from the workshop I was scheduled to attend.

Before Trip We did not realize that we had to print the policy rather than have it arrive by mail, as it had in the past. It was not particularly clear that we needed to print it.

Before Trip We had to make a quick change to our policy because of the strike with BA we had to leave earlier than expected. They easily updated our departure dates for coverage.

Before Trip Never went on the trip because it was cancelled by the tour company. Called the insurance company to change the dates. They wanted to charge me 75% more just to change the dates on the already paid for policy.
