    I called the claim in on March 4, but did not have all the documentation until later. The claim was mailed April 5, so I can't answer the above questions yet.

    Before Trip
    The purchase response time was very good. We did not need to use the insurance during the trip, but were glad we had the insurance for peace of mind. Several people on our trip did need emergency hospital services.

    Although I don't believe I ever interacted with a live representative ( although the opportunity was always available), the site is set up so well that it is easy to find all the information one needs.
