    agents freely and politely answered questions which helped select product.

    During Trip
    Did not need any help or customer service during the trip. Came close one day, when all trains stopped running from London's Eustus Station. Got rerouted from Paddington, and actually caught the ferry to Ireland so did not need help.

    Enrollment of this traveling insurance policy for 21 days to New Zealand was easy via the web site. I got the quote on line and got confirmation of the policy very quickly after submitting payment.

    I was safe and healthy during my 21-trip and did not have to use the service
