Before Trip We were extremely satisfied using Squaremouth.com's referral service. We actually had to cancel a previous trip due to a major illness of a parent. CSA Protection promptly refunded our trip's deposit. As a result, we have used them again and will continue to do so in the future.

Before Trip Since the entire transaction was handled on-line I had no contact with customer service. I filled out the form, used my credit card, and received the documentation promptly on-line.
During Trip I didn't have any contact with the company during my trip.
