    Before Trip
    Securing the insurance switch easy through the comparative quote Memphis. It was easy to select which policy what's best for me. I also believe having the trial option is important.

    Before Trip
    They seemed to be ok, But after my trip and when I got hurt since I didnt see a Dr over in remote area I havent recived any info or payment towards my medical expenses

    During Trip
    I didnt call due to being in a totally remote area

    Claim Process
    It has been a year and I still havent received any payment towards my claim. I sent in all the required documents and at this time they have avoided communication with me, I have called numerous times and sent many emails and still no one has talked to me or paid me anything towards my medical or lost and damaged bags.

    The only interaction we had with the carrier was the transmittal of the policy.

    During Trip
    We had no need to contact the carrier during the trip.

    Before Trip
    Got all the necessary documentation before we left. During the trip when I became ill, the company was courteous and responsive.

    During Trip
    I have no idea how or if my emergency room costs will be covered since I have not yet received the bills. I will be filing all the papers as soon as the bills arrive.
