    Before Trip
    I had some questions before I selected my travel insurance and they were all anwsered which put my mind at ease and I was able to proceed with the purchase of my travel insurance easily.

    Claim was paid on Sept. 28, within little more than a month from when we filed it.

    During Trip
    Didn't use it during our trip.

    Claim Process
    Way too much paperwork required, but they paid relatively promptly. Check was delayed in reaching us.
    We we not reimbursed $33.08 for a final charge that was submitted after the initial claim was submitted. Since the maximum reimbursement is limited to $300, we are only short $7.82, but still. . .

    Everything went great. Got all paper work before the trip.

    During Trip
    Everything went as planned had no need to contact my insurance company.

    Claim Process
    No claim will be registered. The airline actually made up time when we were delayed in Brussels for union problems.

    I am in the process of filing the claim. Currently submitting to our homeowners insurance to determine amount they will cover.

    Online transaction was smooth. No direct interaction with the company was needed.

    During Trip
    Trip was cancelled due to an injury.

    Claim Process
    Claim was covered without issue. Claim form is somewhat complicated and required a second trip to physicians office. No contact with the company was needed following submission of the claim.
