Before Trip The big plus is how squaremouth presents all the information. It is a snap to find a policy, feel good about it and have everything at your fingertips.
During Trip Did not need to contact them during my trip - everything went smoothly, no need for insurance.

During Trip I spoke with a claims rep during the time my return flight was delayed and she said she would send me claim forms but a whole week went by and I never received anything.
Claim Process I finally called the insurance company back today and they told me they will email the claim forms to me. I will rate the service as soon as my claim is finished.

Before Trip I never contacted anyone until I had to put in a claim, so am unable to give a rating.
Claim Process The claim form was mailed yesterday March 8th, 2011 and still pending...so for now am unable to give you a fair rating.

Before Trip Very prompt service.
During Trip I called the hotline to report lost baggage and to ask for assistance. I was charged $203.00 for those calls by my hotel.
I actually called to report a trip delay because of the blizzard in New York and a second time to report lost luggage.
The customer relations persons I spoke to were polite and tried to be helpful.
I cannot rate the company because I am waiting to a response to my claims.
Claim Process I would prefer to complete this survey after I have finished dealing with the company
