    Before Trip
    The website is a little confusing if you are more than one traveler. I had to call to straighten out the cost. However, when I did call, everyone was wonderful.

    During Trip
    I had no need to contact anyone during the trip.

    I didn't need any customer svc. before we left so I selected "5" b/c I didnt have problems with it...

    During Trip
    I didnt need to use any of these so I dont have any real life rating to give you..I guess you were fine during our trip but we didnt have to use you ! (which is great, by the way)

    Before Trip
    It was easy to purchase travel insurance on-line. I was sent my policy and the price was resonable.

    During Trip
    The only issue we has was a strike that delayed our getting on the cruise ship by 1 day, which is not covered under the travel insureance

    Have used CSA before through recommendations.

    During Trip
    Our plane relanded at home outbound airport due to mechanical difficulties and I immediately called CSA, who had forms in the mail to us by the time we returned. They also tried to find us another flight.

    Claim Process
    I had to wait for my primary coverage to process the original claim. That is why I filed two months after the trip. I notified the CSA of the process on March 19th.
    They were very professional and understanding.
