Claim Process Was told I must submit claim to my primary insurance company first, I am in the process of doing so.

Before Trip SquareMouth is the best way to buy travel insurance and I can't imagine doing it any other way. We always use SquareMouth.

Before Trip did not have to use the insurance so I really don't known how they are in you put in a clame.
During Trip did not use any of the above.

Before Trip I bought travel insurance for many years mainly for health insurance and evacuation. Sending a couple of papers and booklets do not qualifybas far as I am concerned sufficient to give me peace of mind when I travel because I do not know If I am insured or not, not having to use this coverage, thank God and Buddha, when I travelled. Seeing some fellow travellers stuggling to get help made me worry

Claim Process I did not have any claims this time but in April 2010, I also bught travel Insurance through the Net, probably with CVS but not re'insured with you, I had problem of getting my hotel bills paid due to the volcanic eruption in Icelend delaying my flight from Paris for one week
