Before Trip We did not realize that we had to print the policy rather than have it arrive by mail, as it had in the past. It was not particularly clear that we needed to print it.

Before Trip We had to make a quick change to our policy because of the strike with BA we had to leave earlier than expected. They easily updated our departure dates for coverage.

Before Trip Never went on the trip because it was cancelled by the tour company. Called the insurance company to change the dates. They wanted to charge me 75% more just to change the dates on the already paid for policy.

Claim Process I called the claim in on March 4, but did not have all the documentation until later. The claim was mailed April 5, so I can't answer the above questions yet.
