I found the website to be easy to navigate. I called pre- trip to clarify specific coverage and was satisfied with the response. I didn’t need to use the insurance but it gave me peace of mind while traveling abroad. I felt the price was reasonable.

I was thoroughly impressed with the speed at which Generali resolved my claim. Although the required information and format for the online claim process were a bit daunting, they processed it in less than a day. I will definitely continue to use Generali for my future travel insurance needs!

We had a flight cancelled due to strike. The airline offered to put us up for the night as the new flight didn't leave until the next day. I loss 1 night stay at our prepaid location which was not refundable due to timeframe to cancel without fees had expired. I filed a claim for reimbursement (filed on a weekend) and had a decision by Tuesday. This is the first time I ever filed a claim for travel and found the experience to be very easy. Just completed the webforms and attached my supporting documentation. Appreciated the quick turn around time. Side note, my payment is available asap if I use Zelle, otherwise they will mail a check. So payment is quick too.

I called because our trip was interrupted due to COVID. They told me to go to a web site to down load a claim form, and file a claim. I spent and entire day gathering all the required forms and documents, and filed our claim on 9/7/23 to csatravelprotection.com. They acknowledged that they received my claim and asked for my patience as they experience high volumes at this time of year.

Our flight was cancelled and as a result we missed two non-refundable prepaid tours. We submitted a claim with supporting documents to Generali on their website and received full reimbursement within three days.

The agent blew me off on a 150.00 claim inquiry for stolen clothes, told me to contact my home owners policy, I did they laughed when I told them why I was calling! They said claim it And your homeowners will go up 40 % next year.
