I called them after our flight was cancelled but were of no help. I have filed a claim because the flight was cancelled we missed an entire day on the Viking cruise

I filled out all the information for the claim and submitted the proper documentation. I was informed that it was being reviewed, but a little worried it would be rejected. Fortunately I received notification that it was approved. I was very happy given the stress we went through on the trip.

I was able to speak to a live representative when I experienced a health even just prior to departure and received clear and helpful guidance on the documentation requirements and claims process. Uploading the documentation into the claim system was straightforward and my claim was reviewed and paid in a timely manner.

I put in a small claim last week because we got sick at the end of the trip and unable to go on prepaid tours or get hotel refund. I will provide additional feedback when I hear form the insurance company.

I received the full amount requested. The only issue was that I had to resend some of what I originally sent to get approved.
