The process was easy and a full refund was sent to us. Will purchase a travel insurance from Generali again.

Fast to respond and did exactly as policy claimed. Had a refund in less than 15 days from start to finish. Yasmín was wonderful and returned my phone calls within 24 hrs.
I highly recommend them. Friends are already buying travel insurance from them. Their insurance agency hasn’t refunded their money as of yet.Response From:
