I had no communication with the insurance provider prior to my departure, nor during my trip. No need to file a claim, thankfully. So, why force me to rate them based on nothing?

I called that night and spoke with the answering service who was not only friendly but helpful. By the time we arrived home, our claim forms were already waiting for us on-line. After I gathered and sent in my information, which I sent back on-line, I received an email that my claim was received along with the name of my claims administrator. I received a check within 10 days.
