The claim involved a medical evacuation in Nepal and required a significant up-front payment. We are quite disappointed in their failure to respond. Based on their lack of response to date I would not recommend this policy.

However because in the lost bag the only valuable thing was a Ipad I was refused payment. I had sent all the documents necessary to file that claim

Their rates and coverage are excellent -- even for the 65+ group -- and their customer service is simply the best. Helpful, courteous and always willing to find a solution.
At this point, given our satisfaction, SquareMouth is my first choice for travel insurance.
