    Before Trip
    There really was no "Customer Service" before the trip; none was required. If you had a "N/A" choice, I would have chosen it. The documentation arrived via e-mail very quickly.

    During Trip
    Trip was not taken.

    Claim Process
    I do not recall the exact dates when I submitted the claim and when I received the check. I delayed quite a bit, but the claim was settled in a very timely manner once I submitted it, and for the full insured amount. I thought the claim might be disallowed due to pre-exiting conditions; although I did insure within the window, I underestimated the final trip cost by a few hundred dollars. I was very pleased when the claim was settled in full with absolutely ZERO hassle.

    The emergency help hotline was competent and willing to help in any way.

    I did not answer any of the questions pertaining to my claim because I havent submitted my claim for my lost luggage as of yet.

    The documentation was sent by email promptly. The summary of the policy was easy to read and had sufficient detail to understand the policy.

    During Trip
    During our trip, even though we did not use the service, we felt safe and secure knowing we had travel insurance.
