    I did not need to nor use the insurance on my trip - That is the best that can happen on a trip that you do not need to use the hotline or insurance

    The service was prompt and efficient.

    I never needed to phone or make a claim during my trip but it was reassuring to know I was covered medically while travelling and on holidays.
