    I did all of my comms via the internet... easy to use- quite intuitive.

    During Trip
    Luckily, I didn't have to contact anyone during my trip. It WAS however, very reassuring to know that I did have a POC and resource available while traveling in Italy solo. I will use your service again.

    Before Trip
    I went to remote camps in Tanzania and was only concerned with evacuation. I specifically wanted to be able to evacuate to a hospital of choice. The customer service rep researched all the options and found one that met my criteria. Thankfully, I had no need for the insurance, but knowing I had it made the trip stress-free.
