They sent me an email with an attachment which did not open, so instead I had to call and have the document mailed to me. This situation needs to be reviewed for future.

We were delayed 24 hours due to a broken Delta Aircraft. I called Travelex. They were very nice on the phone, and very helpful.Claim Process

I don't really have much information to make an review. Everything went smoothly and (thankfully) I had no need to use the travel insurance.It was very easy to go to Squaremouth, compare policies based on my needs.
Once I selected my policy, it was delivered almost immediately.
During Trip
I could not rate these questions because I did not need to use the travel insurance during the trip.Claim Process

The site was easy to use. I was able to compare a lot of policies. I was able to purchase a very reasonably priced policy from a company that was highly rated on other web sites.
