    I would purchase this again even though we didn’t use it. It gave us peace of mind while traveling. I had questions before I actually purchased the policy. All were answered in a very professional manner.

    We were n the Diamond Princess in quarantine. We were extracted by US government. Another 2 weeks in quarantine. Missed a lot of trip. Still. Ot home but will start the claims process.

    Claim took 5 weeks to complete, multiple requests for same items.
    Communication not great!
    In the end, they refuse to cover medical expenses, but covered the rest of the trip!
    Not satisfied with the outcome!

    I just mail the medical information , I still waiting for reply

    The travel safe denied my claim for trip interruption even thought my illness is severe and got the medical doctor exams and medication . The doctor advice me come back home for further treatment
    So we bought a ticket to go back to US home

    I do not see what the reason why the travel safe denied my claim . The letter they sent to us for denied my claim is not correct and unreasonable .
    Please kindly reconsider my claim
