    Had a great experience with SquareMouth. They answered all our questions on buying travel insurance, and where there before we left to make sure we had what we needed. I might add without selling us a really expensive one. We will use them on our next trip!

    I have always appreciated the advice and information which I receive from the people I speak with when looking for a policy. They seem well-trained and knowledgable and they answer questions directly. I shall be calling in the next week to purchase another policy for a short trip coming up in February.

    I resented a claim on 1-24-14 because an infection diagnosed by my doctor prevented me from traveling. I sent the claim form and doctor sent rmedical report the end of Oct. As of today I have not received my trip reimbursement. Process should of payment should be faster. I'm Very disappointed in delay.

    I looked online and then asked around finally I called customer service and they guided me through. Even though I didn't file a claim I would recommend and use this insurance again having the extra coverage gave me peace of mind .

    I carefully check all the possible policies available on Squaremouth each time I travel and I select the policy that best meets my needs at the time. This policy met my needs for this trip. I would select the same policy if I were to make the same trip again. I would encourage others to consider this policy if it meets their needs.

    The website as comprehensible and the rates were reasonable. I felt protected and didn't worry during our trip. Thank goodness, we didn't need to use it. I would recommend it and will use TravelSafe again.
