    We have filed a claim for trip interruption as we had to leave the trip less than half way through due to my husband testing positive for covid. We have submitted information, as requested in detail. I will be interested in seeing how this process with Trawich insurance goes. We chose the policy and provider, as it appeared to be a well thought out plan, covering as needed. Happy to finalize review after our claim is processed and paid.

    Very difficult to reach customer service. Online claims site is not user friendly. Claims process appears to take significantly longer than other companies.

    I'm pleased with the settlement. I know they must have been busy, so I understand the 6 weeks to issue a check, but the CBP Connect website was unable to report the status of my claim.

    I made a brief call to find out how the emerging volcano in Iceland might impact my trip coverage if it became an issue. The agent was informative and polite and resolved my question best he could.
    The Squaremouth website is very well designed and user friendly and allows for excellent comparisons and detail on policies - I highly recommend it.

    I had no problem purchasing the insurance. I purchased in October for an april trip. My husband became ill and we had to cancel. I have filed a claim and am still waiting for my refund. I feel that I have done all of the necessary paper work and following all of the prompts. I a, very discouraged. we have been traveling for 50 years and never had an insurance problem.

    I had a favorable experience with Trawick. I found them to be helpful in responding to a unique set of circumstances whilst traveling .

    My experience is the Agent acted in good faith and provided as comprehensive an answer as possible

    I attempted to submit a claim via the online claim link and it stated that my policy number was not recognized. I called and was told I had to use the "contact us" link on the site and someone would call me to set up my account. I did so twice and never received a response via phone nor email. I submitted via email 8/28/23 and received a confirmation email that my claim was received but have not heard anything since. It has been 3 weeks and nothing.
