    Contracted Covid in Vietnam. Trawick was unable to give me a referral to a local physician.

    I was able to contact them while I was on my trip to ask about the limits for trip interruption since my airline canceled our return flight two times and we needed to get home as quickly as possible. When we arrived home, I called customer service to get help filing my claim. They have an online claims system but I was told to send in the form and supporting documentation by email. I received an automated receipt email the day after I sent in my claim. Now I'm just waiting and hoping for a prompt response.

    I am confused. I filed a claim and am still not sure who is supposed to reimburse me. No one has contacted me after I filed a claim and attached medical paperwork and such. Is it Trawich or Squaremouth and how do I follow through? I am still waiting to be contacted or recieve a check for our cancelled trip.
    So....until this is sewn up, I am just confused and out of money.
    Hope this makes sense and that someone will actually help me.

    Called a couple of times with questions. Spent very little time on hold before getting a person. Was treated with respect and had my questions answered

    I was confused about what I needed as I was driving to Canada from the US . The customer assistance staff member was able to modify the order to what I felt comfortable with. Price was very good compared with my AAA quote .

    I had questions regarding coverage, and also needed to add additional coverage for flights.
    Trawick responded rapidly, and provided all the information I needed.
    They are easily the best insurance group I've ever used for customer service.

    Back in April 2022 I had to cancel my trip do to illness.
    After months of waiting and endless phone calls, I finally received my refund.
    It was not a good experience.
    Never again.

    Contracted COVID while visiting Hawaii which manifested itself while on board the Holland America MS Koningsdam returning to Vancouver BC. Went to Ship Dr. and he prescribed Paxlovid, costing $750.00 and confined me to cabin for the 5day return trip to Vancouver.

    I intend on filing a claim (claim form requested) with Medicare but if it is denied I will need to file Squaremouth/Trawick. I am waiting for Medicare claim form.
