Baggage Delay

5. BAGGAGE DELAY BENEFIT

Subject to SECTION II – EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATION DATES OF INSURANCE, A. EFFECTIVE DATE, the Insured’s coverage under the Baggage Delay Benefit will take effect on the Scheduled Date of Departure.

If the Insured’s Baggage is delayed or misdirected for 24 hours or more, We will reimburse the Insured a Baggage Delay Benefit, for: (i) the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased or rented by the Insured during the Covered Trip, and (ii) the expenses incurred during the Insured’s Covered Trip to expedite the return of the Insured’s delayed or misdirected Baggage; up to the corresponding Maximum Covered Amount per Insured shown in the Schedule. Coverage for Baggage Delay Benefits terminates upon the Insured’s arrival at the return Destination of his/her Covered Trip.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will pay You for the expense of replacing necessary personal effects, up to the maximum shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least the number of hours shown on the Schedule of Benefits, while on a Covered Trip, except for return travel to Your primary residence.

This coverage is conditioned on You being a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier. All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchase or replacement of necessary personal effects must accompany any claim.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal items purchased by You while Your Baggage is delayed 12 hours or more from Your time of arrival at a destination other than Your return destination.

This coverage terminates upon Your arrival at the return destination of Your Trip.

OPTIONAL BAGGAGE UPGRADE

When You purchase this Baggage Upgrade, the following coverage changes apply:

1. the Excess Insurance Provision does not apply to Baggage and Personal Effects; and

2. Benefits will be paid up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits under the Baggage Delay coverage, if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than six (6) hours, while on Your Trip (except for travel to Your final return destination or place of residence).

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal items purchased by You while Your Baggage is delayed 12 hours or more from Your time of arrival at a destination other than Your return destination.

This coverage terminates upon Your arrival at the return destination of Your Trip.

OPTIONAL BAGGAGE, SPORTS & BUSINESS EQUIPMENT UPGRADE
Primary Coverage | 6+ hour Delay

When You purchase this Baggage Upgrade, the following coverage changes apply:

1. the Excess Insurance Provision does not apply to Baggage and Personal Effects; and

2. Benefits will be paid up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits under the Baggage Delay coverage, if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than six (6) hours, while on Your Trip (except for travel to Your final return destination or place of residence).

The Company will reimburse You for the expense to replace Your necessary Personal Effects in Your Checked Baggage up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than twenty-four (24) hours, while on a Trip.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

The Company will reimburse You for the expense to replace Your necessary Personal Effects in Your Checked Baggage up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than twenty-four (24) hours, while on a Trip.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

The Company will reimburse You for the expense to replace Your necessary Personal Effects in Your Checked Baggage up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than twelve (12) hours, while on a Trip.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse you, up to the maximum amount shown in the schedule of benefits, for the purchase of personal effects, if your baggage is delayed or misdirected by the common carrier for more than twenty-four (24) hours while on your covered trip.

Incurred expenses must be accompanied by receipts.

This benefit does not apply if baggage is delayed after you have reached your return destination.

Baggage Delay Proof of Loss

You must provide us or our designated representative with the following:

a. An incident report filed with the common carrier confirming the delay;

b. Receipts for the expenses being claimed. If receipts are unavailable, other sufficient documentation such as a credit card statement; and

c. Documentation showing any received or expected settlements, refunds or credits for this loss from any other party.

d. You must provide documentation of the delay or misdirection of baggage by the common carrier.

If, while on a Trip, Your Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least 24 consecutive hours the Company will reimburse You up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects. Necessary Personal Effects do not include jewelry, perfume and alcohol. Incurred expenses must be accompanied by receipts. This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed after You have reached Your Return Destination.

Incurred expenses over $25 must be accompanied by receipts.

BAGGAGE DELAY

The Company will reimburse up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule if, while on the Trip, the Insured’s Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least the number of consecutive hours shown in the Schedule. The Baggage Delay benefit will cover for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects, accompanied by receipts, until the Insured’s Baggage is return to the Insured.

This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed after the Insured has reached the Return Destination.

BAGGAGE DELAY

If, while on a Trip, Your Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least 24 consecutive hours, the Company will reimburse You up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects. Necessary Personal Effects do not include jewelry, perfume and alcohol. Incurred expenses must be accompanied by receipts. This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed after You have reached Your Return Destination.

Incurred expenses over $25 must be accompanied by receipts.

BAGGAGE DELAY

The Company will reimburse up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule if while on the Trip the Insured’s Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least the number of consecutive hours shown in the Schedule. The Baggage Delay benefit will cover for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects, accompanied by receipts, until the Insured’s Baggage is return to the Insured.

This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed after the Insured has reached the Return Destination.

BAGGAGE DELAY

The Company will pay You for Loss up to the Maximum Benefit shown in the Schedule of Benefits as a result of Your Baggage being delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for more than 12 hours while on a Trip. This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed on Your flights to Your Return Destination.

BAGGAGE DELAY

The Company will reimburse up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule if, while on the Trip, the Insured’s Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least the number of consecutive hours shown in the Schedule. The Baggage Delay benefit will cover for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects, accompanied by receipts, until the Insured’s Baggage is return to the Insured.This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed after the Insured has reached the Return Destination.

We will pay You for the expense of replacing necessary personal effects, up to the maximum shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least the number of hours shown on the Schedule of Benefits, while on a Covered Trip, except for return travel to Your primary residence.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

BAGGAGE DELAY (En Route to Destination Only)

The Company will reimburse You for the expense to replace Your necessary Personal Effects in Your Checked Baggage and for the cost of sporting equipment rentals up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than twelve (12) hours, while on a Trip.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

BAGGAGE DELAY COVERAGE

We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by you, if your Baggage is delayed for 24 hours or more during your Trip. We will reimburse you up to the amount shown in the Schedule for expenses incurred during your Trip to locate/track your delayed Baggage, and to retrieve your delayed Baggage or to have your delayed Baggage delivered to you. We will also reimburse you for the cost to launder your clothing during the time your Baggage is delayed.

Limitations

This coverage terminates when your Baggage is retrieved or returned to you, or upon your arrival at the return destination of your Trip, whichever occurs first.

BAGGAGE DELAY COVERAGE

We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by you, if your Baggage is delayed for 18 hours or more during your Trip. We will reimburse you up to the amount shown in the Schedule for expenses incurred during your Trip to locate/track your delayed Baggage, and to retrieve your delayed Baggage or to have your delayed Baggage delivered to you. We will also reimburse you for the cost to launder your clothing during the time your Baggage is delayed.

Limitations

This coverage terminates when your Baggage is retrieved or returned to you, or upon your arrival at the return destination of your Trip, whichever occurs first.

SPORTING EQUIPMENT DELAY COVERAGE

Maximum Limit Per Person: $300

We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for the cost of Sporting Equipment rentals if your Sporting Equipment is delayed for 18 hours or more during your Trip. We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for expenses incurred during your Trip to locate/track your delayed Sporting Equipment, and to retrieve your delayed Sporting Equipment or to have your delayed Baggage delivered to you.

Limitations

This coverage terminates when your Sporting Equipment is retrieved or returned to you, or upon your arrival at the return destination of your Trip, whichever occurs first.

BAGGAGE DELAY COVERAGE

We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by you, if your Baggage is delayed for 12 hours or more during your Trip. We will reimburse you up to the amount shown in the Schedule for expenses incurred during your Trip to locate/track your delayed Baggage, and to retrieve your delayed Baggage or to have your delayed Baggage delivered to you. We will also reimburse you for the cost to launder your clothing during the time your Baggage is delayed.

Limitations

This coverage terminates when your Baggage is retrieved or returned to you, or upon your arrival at the return destination of your Trip, whichever occurs first.

SPORTING EQUIPMENT DELAY COVERAGE

Maximum Limit Per Person: $500

We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule for the cost of Sporting Equipment rentals if your Sporting Equipment is delayed for 12 hours or more during your Trip. We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule. for expenses incurred during your Trip to locate/track your delayed Sporting Equipment, and to retrieve your delayed Sporting Equipment or to have your delayed Baggage delivered to you.

Limitations

This coverage terminates when your Sporting Equipment is retrieved or returned to you, or upon your arrival at the return destination of your Trip, whichever occurs first.

We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost of Necessary Personal Items purchased by You while on Your Trip, if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least twenty-four (24) consecutive hours or more from Your time of arrival at a Scheduled Destination other than Your Return Destination.

In addition, We will reimburse You, up to Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost to clean any clothing You have in Your possession while waiting for Your lost Baggage.

This coverage terminates upon Your arrival at the Return Destination of Your Trip.

Necessary Personal Items means replacement for clothing, toiletry, prescriptions, or eyewear, which are included in Your Baggage and Personal Effects and are required for Your Trip. Necessary Items do not include jewelry, perfume or alcohol.

These benefit(s) will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the policy or any coverage(s) attached to the policy.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost of Necessary Personal Items purchased by You while on Your Trip, if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least twelve (12) consecutive hours or more from Your time of arrival at a Scheduled Destination other than Your Return Destination.

In addition, We will reimburse You, up to Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost to clean any clothing You have in Your possession while waiting for Your lost Baggage.

In addition, We will reimburse You, up to Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost to clean any clothing You have in Your possession while waiting for Your lost Baggage.

This coverage terminates upon Your arrival at the Return Destination of Your Trip.

Necessary Personal Items means replacement for clothing, toiletry, prescriptions, or eyewear, which are included in Your Baggage and Personal Effects and are required for Your Trip. Necessary Items do not include jewelry, perfume or alcohol. These benefit(s) will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the policy or any coverage(s) attached to the policy.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse You up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits for the Covered Expenses listed below if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for six (6) hours or more from Your time of arrival at Your Trip destination (coverage is not applicable for Your arrival at Your return destination).

For this benefit, Covered Expenses shall mean:

1. the cost of reasonable and necessary additional clothing and personal items purchased by You while Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected;

2. paid expenses You incur during Your Trip to launder the clothing in Your possession while Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected, up to the sub-limit shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

Coverage under this benefit terminates upon Your arrival at the return destination of Your Trip or when Your Baggage is returned to You, whichever is sooner.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will pay You for the expense of replacing necessary personal effects, up to the maximum shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least the number of hours shown on the Schedule of Benefits, while on a Covered Trip, except for return travel to Your primary residence.

This coverage is conditioned on You being a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier. All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchase or replacement of necessary personal effects must accompany any claim.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

BAGGAGE DELAY (En Route to Destination Only)

The Company will reimburse You for the expense to replace Your necessary Personal Effects in Your Checked Baggage up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than eight (8) hours, while on a Trip.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

BAGGAGE DELAY (En Route to Destination Only)

The Company will reimburse You for the expense to replace Your necessary Personal Effects in Your Checked Baggage up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than six (6) hours, while on a Trip.

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier.

All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier who must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

This coverage terminates upon Your arrival at the Return Destination of Your Trip.

Necessary Personal Items means replacement for clothing or toiletries, which are included in Your Baggage and Personal Effects and are required for Your Trip. Necessary Personal Items do not include jewelry, perfume or alcohol.

These benefit(s) will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the policy or any coverage(s) attached to the policy.

Exclusions and limitations apply to Baggage and Personal Effects, Travel Documents, Baggage Delay, and Sports & Golf Equipment Rental: We will not provide benefits for any loss or damage for the following items:

a. animals;
b. automobiles and automobile equipment;
c. boats or other vehicles or conveyances;
d. trailers;
e. motors;
f. aircraft;
g. bicycles, except when checked as baggage with a Common Carrier;
h. household effects and furnishings;
i. antiques and collectors’ items;
j. any type of or repair or replacement of any type of eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, artificial teeth, dentures, dental braces, dental bridges, retainers, other orthodontic devices or hearing aids;
k. artificial limbs or other prosthetic devices;
l. prescribed medications;
m. keys, money, stamps and credit cards (except as otherwise specifically covered herein);
n. securities, stamps, tickets and documents (except as coverage is otherwise specifically provided herein);
o. professional or occupational equipment or property, whether or not electronic business equipment;
p. telephones or wireless devices, computer hardware or software;
q. computers (including personal computers and laptops), digital or electronic equipment or media;
r. contraband.

Losses not covered:

We will not provide benefits for any loss or damage caused by or resulting from:

a. breakage of brittle or fragile articles;
b. wear and tear or gradual deterioration;
c. confiscation or appropriation by order of any government or custom’s rule;
d. theft or pilferage while left in any unlocked or unattended vehicle;
e. property illegally acquired, kept, stored or transported;
f. Your negligent acts or omissions;
g. property shipped as freight or shipped prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost of Necessary Personal Items purchased by You while on Your Trip, if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least 6 consecutive hours or more from Your time of arrival at a Scheduled Destination other than Your Return Destination

This coverage terminates upon Your arrival at the Return Destination of Your Trip

m) prescribed medications;
n) keys, money, stamps, and credit cards (except as otherwise specifically covered herein);
o) securities, stamps, tickets, and documents (except as coverage is otherwise specifically provided herein);
p) professional or occupational equipment or property, whether or not electronic business equipment;
q) sports equipment if the loss results from the use thereof;
r) telephones or wireless devices, computer hardware or software;

BAGGAGE DELAY

If, while on a Trip, Your Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least 24 consecutive hours, the Company will reimburse You up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects. Necessary Personal Effects do not include jewelry, perfume and alcohol. Incurred expenses must be accompanied by receipts. This benefit does not apply if Baggage is delayed after You have reached Your Return Destination.

Incurred expenses over $25 must be accompanied by receipts.

The Company will reimburse up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule if while on the Trip the Insured’s Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least the number of consecutive hours shown in the Schedule. Incurred expenses must be accompanied by receipts.

This benefit does not apply if baggage is delayed after you have reached your return destination.

d. You must provide documentation of the delay or misdirection of Baggage by the Common Carrier.

In addition to the General Limitations and Exclusions, the following exclusions apply to the Baggage Delay Benefit.

We will not provide benefits for any loss or damage to:

1. Animals;
2. Automobiles and automobile equipment;
3. Boats or other vehicles or conveyances;
4. Trailers;
5. Motors;
6. Motorcycles;
7. Aircraft;
8. Bicycles (except when checked as Baggage with a Common Carrier);
9. Eyeglasses, sunglasses or contact lenses;
10. Artificial teeth and dental bridges;
11. Hearing aids;
12. Prosthetic limbs;
13. Keys, money, stamps, securities and documents;
14. Tickets for entertainment events or other source of leisure activities;
15. Art objects and musical instruments;
16. Consumables including medicines, perfumes, cosmetics, and perishables;
17. Professional or occupational equipment or property, whether or not electronic Business Equipment;
18. Sportsman’s Equipment;
19. Cellphones, computer and computer hardware or software; electronic computer devices; or
20. Property illegally acquired, kept, stored or transported.

No benefits will be paid for any loss for, caused by, or resulting from:

1. Wear and tear or gradual deterioration;
2. Breakage of brittle or fragile articles;
3. Insects or vermin;
4. Inherent vice or damage while the article is actually being worked upon or processed;
5. Confiscation or expropriation by order of any government;
6. Radioactive contamination;
7. War or any act of war whether declared or not;
8. Property shipped as freight or shipped prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
9. Delay or loss of market value;
10. Indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind;
11. Theft or pilferage while left unattended in any vehicle if the vehicle is not property secured;
12. Electrical current including electric arcing that damages or destroys electrical devices or appliances; or
13. Mysterious disappearance.

Baggage Delay: If, while on a Trip, Your checked baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than 12 hours from Your time of arrival at a destination other than Your return destination, benefits will be paid, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Confirmation of Benefits, for the actual expenditure for necessary personal effects. You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier. The Common Carrier must certify the delay or misdirection. Receipts for the purchases must accompany any claim.

We will reimburse You, less any amount paid or payable from any other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity, up to the amount shown in the Confirmation of Benefits, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by You , if Your Baggage is delayed for 12 hours or more during Your Trip.

Additional Limitations and Exclusions Specific to Baggage and Personal Effects:

Benefits are not payable for any loss caused by or resulting from:

a) breakage of brittle or fragile articles;

b) wear and tear or gradual deterioration;

c) confiscation or appropriation by order of any government or custom’s rule;

d) theft or pilferage while left in any unlocked or unattended vehicle;

e) property illegally acquired, kept, stored or transported;

f) Your negligent acts or omissions; or

g) property shipped as freight or shipped prior to the Scheduled Departure Date;

h) electrical current, including electric arcing that damages or destroys electrical devices or appliances.

Additional Provisions applicable to Baggage and Personal Effects and Baggage Delay: Benefits will not be paid for any expenses which have been reimbursed or for any services which have been provided by the Common Carrier, hotel or Travel Supplier; nor will benefits be paid for loss or damage to property specifically scheduled under any other insurance.

Additional Claims Provisions Specific to Baggage

Your Duties After Loss of or Damage to Property or Delay of Baggage: In case of loss, theft, damage or delay of baggage or personal effects, and You must:

a) take all reasonable steps to protect, save or recover the property:

b) promptly notify, in writing, either the police, hotel proprietors, ship lines, airlines, railroad, bus, airport or other station authorities, tour operators or group leaders, or any Common Carrier or bailee who has custody of Your property at the time of loss:

c) produce records needed to verify the claim and its amount and permit copies to be made:

d) send proof of loss as soon as reasonably possible after date of loss, providing date, time, and cause of loss, and a complete list of damaged/lost items : and

e) allow the company to examine baggage or personal effects, if requested.

These benefits will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the Policy or any coverage(s) attached to the Policy.

BAGGAGE DELAY

We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for the cost of Necessary Personal Items purchased by You while on Your Trip, if Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for at least 3 consecutive hours or more from Your time of arrival at a Scheduled Destination other than Your Return Destination.

We will reimburse You up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits for the Covered Expenses listed below if Your Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for twelve(12) hours or more from Your time of arrival at Your Trip destination (coverage is not applicable for Your arrival at Your Scheduled Return Destination).

For this benefit, Covered Expenses shall mean:

1. the cost of reasonable and necessary additional clothing and personal items purchased by You while Your Baggage is delayed or misdirected;

2. paid expenses You incur during Your Trip to launder the clothing in Your possession while Your checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected, up to the sub-limit shown in the Schedule of Benefits; and

3. paid expenses You incur during Your Trip to track, locate and/or expedite the return of Your delayed or misdirected Baggage, up to the sub-limit shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

Coverage under this benefit terminates upon Your arrival at Your Scheduled Return Destination of Your Trip or when Your Baggage is returned to You, whichever is sooner.

Baggage Delay
