    It took about 4 hours to get approved even when I was calling from hospital. Staff was excellent in communication. Also having to supply my itenary was inconvenient, only had my cell phone. You should advise people to have a copy with them. Otherwise everything went well. Waiting for my claim to be processed

    A waste of money. I put my claim in before my trip and haven’t heard anything since. False advertising.
